Jane and Merry
On May 13th, Elena Salij hosted a cocktail party in her fabulous Washington Square apartment for two C/D ex-pats who just happened to be in New York at the same time: Jane Newman and Merry Cutler-Baskin.

Couldn't make it to the soiree, but everyone looks amazing! Scott Lukas!?!? He was a summer intern; now he's all grown up. Thanks for the fantastic pix.

vanity vanity - can I just say in my defense of the frightful sweaty photo that I finished chemotherapy in March and my hair is just growing back; Elena didn't have the air con on and I was over from England where it is very cold; and I was also very excited to see everyone and it was very late and several cocktails later. Apologies to those we failed to alert. We'll know better next time (not to invite Steve Alburty) ha ha ha
