Chiat/Day - There at the beginning

Sid Salinger, one of the first employees at Chiat/Day, sent me this incredible find. It's an article from the Los Angeles Times which reports on the creation of Chiat/Day.
The date of the article is September 16, 1968.
(When the date for the 40th Reunion was set, I was assured that the founding date was Oct. 7th.)
One day, someone will eventually uncover the official city documents which certify the business' incorporation. That will be fun. It will be like finding the Dead Sea Scrolls!
